What You ll Do

* Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and related civil structures at both preliminary and detailed design stages
* Develop BIM models and coordinate with other disciplines for design integration
* Conduct site inspections, surveys, and structural condition assessments
* Prepare engineering calculations, design reports, and specifications in compliance with codes and standards
* Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and junior engineers on assigned projects
* Support multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering design packages on time and within scope
* Apply advanced modeling tools and techniques to ensure structural reliability and efficiency
* Stay up to date with latest industry tools, technologies, and design practices for infrastructure projects

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural and bridge design projects
* Proficiency with BIM, CAD, and structural analysis software
* Hands-on experience in bridge design codes and standards used in GCC and international projects
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams

Desired Skills

* Bentley OpenBridge Modeler, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Structural Bridge Design (SBD)
* Advanced software knowledge such as CSi Bridge, MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, SAFE, and ETABS
* Previous GCC experience in bridge and structural projects is an advantage
