Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy by meticulously tracking all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring precise records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries, ensuring the correct items and quantities are received and documented.
- Organize and maintain the store room layout, optimizing space and ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Process and fulfill orders efficiently, preparing items for shipment or internal distribution.
- Operate inventory management software, accurately entering data and generating reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and returns, resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist with cycle counts and investigations, providing a quick update on the inventory status.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic education.
- Have experience in the retail or warehouse industry, gaining familiarity with inventory control.
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the country, complying with legal requirements.
- Be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software, enabling data handling.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possess attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of data and inventory records.
