Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure proper workflow and resource availability.

Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports, including labor and material usage.

Conduct quality checks to ensure work is delivered to high standards and in line with project requirements.

Enforce safety procedures on-site and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Communicate effectively with the project management team, providing regular updates and flagging any issues.

Ensure site cleanliness, order, and proper material handling at all times.

Assist during site inspections and project handovers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the interior fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction practices and finishing works.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills with hands-on site supervision experience.
  • UAE Driver s License is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
