Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are executed as per plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Act as a link between the project management team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and progress.
- Oversee daily site operations, manpower allocation, and material availability.
- Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and project-related drawings.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, HSE regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities including daily progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Support in preparing and submitting project proposals, work progress updates, and completion reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and ensure projects are executed within cost and time limits.
- Supervise and manage Gas Projects including installation, testing, and commissioning of gas systems.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety standards during gas pipeline and equipment installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Oil & Gas Projects, Gas Installations, or Construction .
- Strong understanding of gas system installation, project execution, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality standards (ISO, HSE practices).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (advantageous).
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Salary: Based on experience.
