Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance KUD s reputation as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to HR leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Real Estate background is a must.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
