Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including medical, spa, gym, and administrative positions.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with GROOVY s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report on hiring outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position GROOVY Medical Spa as an employer of choice in the wellness and medical aesthetics sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
