- Responsible for designing a recruitment process that is faithful to the organization s hiring strategy.
- Improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Responsible for the development of all sourcing methods and channels to ensure having an up-to-date database.
- Responsible for using recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), extensively used job portals, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of performance management for the team members.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to each role.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for onboarding the newly hired employees as well as defining the company s core goals and competencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on software technical and support functions is a plus.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- BSc or BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must.
- Hands-on experience with MS-Excel and HRIS systems.
- Prefer IT (data management) experience
- Prefer Spanish language
