Job Description

We re excited to offer a role with a top consulting firm in the energy sector! As traditional models become obsolete, the shift to decarbonization and tech innovation is creating new opportunities and risks.

Key Responsibilities: As a Knowledge Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement top-tier knowledge management strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-practice collaboration, ensuring smooth global information flow.
  • Synthesize and codify intellectual capital, connecting people with expertise and insights.
  • Oversee the management of the knowledge base, ensuring it is well-maintained and user-friendly.
  • Address content gaps and emerging topics within the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
  • Act as a key liaison for identifying experts and credentials to support business development.
  • Support client relationship building by sharing relevant knowledge and attending practice pipeline calls.
  • Reporting to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London, you will work closely with teams in London, Munich, and Warsaw. This role is based in the Middle East but involves both global and local responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management, research, or business development, ideally within the Government and Public Institutions sector.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in topics relevant to our Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the Middle East ENR industry, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus but not required.
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution with a strong academic record.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative to learn new skills and apply existing ones effectively.
  • A proactive client service mindset and strong analytical skills to address complex challenges.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to collaborate fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; SharePoint experience is a plus).
