• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning efforts.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor financial budgets.
• Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance data accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the finance team.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required by the finance leadership.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
