Roles & Responsibilities
Objective:
The role is responsible for designing engaging digital assets and translating loyalty program communication into Arabic to ensure cultural accuracy, brand alignment, and maximum campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative content for Club Apparel loyalty campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Design for Loyalty Campaigns- Design visually appealing creatives, videos, and GIFs for Club Apparel loyalty program campaigns across channels such as email, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, and websites.
- Create banners, promotional visuals, and marketing assets for app-based loyalty campaigns, ensuring they adhere to Club Apparel brand guidelines.
- Adapt global creative assets for Arabic-speaking markets, maintaining consistency in tone and aesthetics.
- Translate all loyalty program communications (campaign messages, notifications, offers, and app content) from English to Arabic accurately while maintaining cultural relevance.
- Ensure all translations are error-free, market-ready, and align with brand tone and messaging.
- Work closely with Loyalty Marketing and CRM teams to ensure all creative assets support campaign objectives and deliver the desired customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and refine creative outputs based on campaign performance and feedback.
- Handle multiple design and translation projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain a structured workflow for content approvals and delivery across different campaign phases.
- Stay updated on regional design trends, customer behavior, and Arabic communication best practices to enhance engagement.
- Suggest creative strategies to boost loyalty member engagement through localized designs and personalized content.
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and GIF animation for digital campaigns.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) with strong translation and localization skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, loyalty communication, and how design impacts engagement & redemption rates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within loyalty programs or retail marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, email marketing tools, and loyalty platforms is an advantage.
