Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Prepare accurate cost estimates for hardscape and softscape works
▪ Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications
▪ Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams
▪ Identify materials, labor, and equipment costs
▪ Lead tender proposal preparations
▪ Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier quotations.
Desired Candidate Profile
▪ 8–10 years of relevant experience in landscaping or infrastructure projects (CANDIDATES WITH UAE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)
▪ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Candy, or similar software
▪ Strong knowledge of landscape materials and current market rates
▪ Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
