Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments-from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:
Leading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments
Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
Conducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunities
Managing relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiatives
Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment process
The Successful Applicant
Must be currently working in the UAE (essential)
Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)
6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&A
Proven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
