We are seeking a dedicated Security and Housekeeping Manager to oversee security personnel, watchmen, and housekeeping staff. The role is responsible for ensuring safety, security, and hygiene across the facility while maintaining high operational standards.

• Recruit, train, and supervise security guards, watchmen, and housekeeping staff.
• Manage daily security operations, patrols, and emergency procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of all facilities.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance.
• Enforce company policies on safety, security, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.
