Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar by prioritizing appointments and coordinating travel logistics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of integrity and trustworthiness in all dealings.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and process improvement, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Handle filing and archiving of company documents efficiently

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office communications

  • Maintain organized records and assist in administrative duties

  • Support daily office operations and coordination tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools for efficient task handling.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset in a multicultural work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring no task is overlooked.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities that enable quick decision-making in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team to achieve common goals.
  • High level of emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and maintain professional relationships.
