Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to generate leads and secure project sales.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments, understanding project specifications, design preferences, and budgetary constraints to offer tailored cabinet solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes, showcasing cabinet designs, features, and benefits, while addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate order specifications, timely delivery, and seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the cabinet industry, demonstrating a track record of successfully closing project deals.
  • Demonstrates expertise in kitchen and bath cabinetry, including knowledge of design, materials, construction, and installation processes.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of architectural plans and specifications, enabling effective communication with architects and designers.
