Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and close long-term service agreements for marine and power plant equipment across the Middle East and Africa region.

Manage the full proposal process, including calculation, drafting, and presentation of technical and commercial offers.

Coordinate with global and regional teams, including Tendering Managers, technical experts, and legal advisors, to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.

Conduct business development activities, including networking, opportunity qualification, and CRM updates.

Prepare and present sales funnel data for forecasting and reporting.

Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Travel as required to present proposals and close contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree in Business, Commerce, or Engineering with a strong interest in sales.

Some exposure to the power or marine industry (full-time experience is a plus).

Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is an advantage.

Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas/functions), and PowerPoint.

Ability to adapt contract templates and understand contractual terms.

Open-minded, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Team player with strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
