Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the Middle Eastern market, ensuring alignment with regional trends and customer needs.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to meet ambitious sales targets.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service and tailored solutions.

  • Analyze market data and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring competitive positioning in the region.

  • Build annual sales plan; manage key accounts; negotiate terms.

  • Seasonal sell-in; in-season trading with replenishment & markdown gates.

  • Open new doors; coordinate with Digital and Ops; track AR/collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales management experience in the Middle East, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that yield measurable results and market penetration.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly desirable for effective communication.
