Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop a team of sales consultants (new business and account management)

Set monthly sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved

Conduct daily sales reviews, field visits, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies in Jeddah

Develop sales strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and overall revenue

Drive subscription sales and upsells across agency accounts

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve client experience

Oversee CRM usage, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting

Ensure the team is well-resourced and maintaining high activity levels

Requirements:

  • 6 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with field visits and direct client interaction
  • Fluent English is essential (Arabic is a bonus but not required)
