Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do

  • Develop and own a portfolio of clients in Dubai and the wider UAE, meeting decision-makers across tech, finance, energy, logistics, and other key sectors.
  • Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1 5+ years), negotiating terms and building durable relationships with C-level, tech leaders, and HR.
  • Leverage our Nordic consultant network to bring senior, specialised IT talent into critical projects in the region.
  • Act as our local commercial face in Dubai, representing Kantur & Associates at meetings, events, and networking forums.
  • Work with high autonomy, structuring your time around business development, client management, and deal closing.

Desired Candidate Profile

An experienced B2B sales or business development professional, ideally with exposure to IT consulting, tech, recruitment, or professional services.

  • Strong at relationship-based sales comfortable building trust with senior stakeholders over time.
  • Languages br>
    • Fluent in English (required)
    • Arabic is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • Based in Dubai or seriously interested in relocating there, with a strong interest in the regional market.
  • Entrepreneurial motivated by ownership, autonomy, and high upside rather than a traditional corporate structure.
