Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility management companies, real estate developers, property owners, and key decision-makers.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close contracts successfully.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to recommend improvements in service offerings.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market, specifically within specialized cleaning or facility management services.
Strong understanding of AC Duct Cleaning, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, and related specialized services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
