Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across sectors.

Drive repeat orders through excellent service and after-sales support.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet KPIs. Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Recommend effective pricing strategies, promotions, and focus products. Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.

Deliver realistic, data-driven sales projections aligned with market condition

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of proven sales experience in the cleaning products, chemicals, or FMCG sector.

Strong network and established client contacts in the UAE/GCC market.

Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to guide, motivate, and inspire teams. Proven negotiation, closing, and client relationship management abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Practical knowledge of sales projections, forecasting, and client segmentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Chemistry (preferred, not mandatory).

Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel for client meetings.
