We are currently seeking a Sales Manager B2B (Ladies Only) to lead and expand our Japanese cosmetics division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales within the beauty or luxury sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for Japanese beauty culture and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow brand presence across retail, spa, and professional channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Conduct product presentations and brand trainings for business partners. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
