Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle client inquiries and provide product information • Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and invoices • Coordinate with clients on delivery timelines and product availability • Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support • Communicate client requirements to operations, accounts, and logistics • Manage the online store (products, pricing, descriptions, images) • Process and monitor online orders and payments • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for fulfillment • Ensure stock availability and accurate inventory updates • Handle online customer inquiries, returns, and website issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales and/or e-commerce operations Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with good time-management and attention to detail Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (accounts, logistics, operations)
