Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and fostering partnerships that align with our strategic goals. Your dynamic approach and strategic mindset will be crucial in understanding market trends, engaging with stakeholders, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with corporate objectives and profitability.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
