Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations that enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are stocked and merchandise is properly labeled.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems while providing an accurate and friendly checkout experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through excellent service and follow-up communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in a specific industry can be advantageous.
