What You ll Do
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests, ensuring quick and efficient service.
Prepare housekeeping carts and transport them to assigned areas.
Clean guest rooms by replacing amenities, changing linens, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items in a timely manner.
Check all appliances in rooms to ensure they are present and in working order.
Dust, polish, vacuum, and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards.
Follow health, safety, and security policies; report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Adhere to quality standards and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Ideal Profile
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
Flexible with working various shifts.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
