Revit Designer - Commercial Kitchen Builtrite Group

• Develop Revit MEP BIM models for kitchen-related systems in line with project LOD and BIM standards
• Produce coordinated kitchen MEP drawings and shop drawings
• Model and coordinate ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, gas, electrical, and firefighting systems related to kitchens
• Coordinate with kitchen equipment, joinery, architectural, and structural models
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Support engineers with BOQs, material take-offs, and load data
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD)
• Assist with site coordination, surveys, and as-built updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• 3–7 years of Revit MEP experience, preferably on kitchen/F&B/hospitality projects in UAE/GCC
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and shop drawing production
• Good understanding of kitchen MEP systems and equipment coordination
• Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks or similar
• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to meet deadlines
