Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Accounting of transport and logistics expenses
• Vehicle-wise, trip-wise, and route-wise cost tracking
• Verification of fuel, maintenance, toll, and vendor bills
• Coordination with transport and operations teams
• Logistics cost MIS and variance analysis
• Budgeting support and cost control initiatives
• Audit and reporting support
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills
Logistics Accounting, Transport Costing, Fleet Accounting, Expense Control, MIS Reporting, Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, Cost Analysis
Requirements
• 2–3 years experience in transport or logistics accounting
• Trading / logistics company experience preferred
• Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel
• Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
