Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and all partner banks.
  • Manage the opening, modification, and closure of company bank accounts.
  • Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, settlements, and remittance arrangements.
  • Conduct initial review of banking agreements, service contracts, and legal clauses to highlight key terms, obligations, and compliance requirements before legal/management approval.
  • Monitor daily liquidity positions and coordinate fund movements with the Treasury team.
  • Maintain updated KYC documentation and respond to bank compliance queries promptly.
  • Negotiate and track service charges, exchange rates, and transaction fees with banking partners.
  • Support periodic audits and regulatory reviews with necessary banking documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve operational or settlement issues with banks.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships to ensure reliable support and service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or similar role in an Exchange House or Financial Institution.
  • Strong understanding of remittance operations, settlement processes, and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations governing exchange houses and financial service providers.
  • Experience in reviewing banking or service agreements is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
