To ensure the uninterrupted performance of all refrigeration equipment, including freezers, chillers, cold rooms, and display units, across Baskin Robbins stores and warehouses and other brands stores. This role is responsible for executing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to optimize cooling efficiency, reduce equipment downtime, and support quality and safety standards.

• Ensure all store and warehouse refrigeration units are operating at optimal temperature to preserve product quality.
• Respond quickly to service calls from stores to minimize product loss or service disruption.
• Support smooth store operations by reducing downtime of refrigeration units.
• Maintain hygiene and compliance standards in line with food safety requirements.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment (walk-in freezers, cold rooms, chillers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in compressors, condensers,evaporators, and electrical control panels.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of refrigerants as per UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and store teams for planned shutdowns or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and internal QHSE standards during maintenance work.
