Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate employment terms as needed.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
