Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for English-speaking accounts, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a Tele sales or call center.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Proven experience in handling mass hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
