Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or department efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars, coordinating meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Handle petty cash and process invoices, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative support role; Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
