Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and create a welcoming first impression of the company.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy, organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with calendar coordination for the team.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Support the design and management team with day-to-day office coordination as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff when needed.
- Uphold Artha Design’s professional image, brand values, and confidentiality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred (any relevant field).
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably in a design, architecture, or corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
