Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries efficiently, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation, contributing to the financial health of the company.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits, maintain petty cash, and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, streamlining office workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role with exposure to basic accounting principles is ideal.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is essential.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures, including filing, data entry, and record keeping, is necessary.
