Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Real estate Project Identification & Onboarding and evaluate real-estate projects (residential, commercial, and plotted land) across the UAE, with a focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct detailed due diligence—financial, market, and legal—prior to onboarding.
• Collaborate with developers for selling both physical and fractional real estate through Analah’s platforms. Selling Properties physical and fractional B2C ( Direct Clients ) B2B ( thru our broker network)
• Ensure every onboarded project achieves targeted sales closures within defined timelines.
2. Developer & Brokerage Relations
• Build and manage strong relationships with developers for exclusive sales mandates.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payment structures, and marketing budgets.
• Strengthen collaboration with brokerage networks and channel partners to expand sales reach.
• Experience in real-estate brokerage operations is mandatory.
3. Sales Enablement & Team Training
• Lead comprehensive training programs for internal sales teams and brokers to ensure complete project and market knowledge.
• Develop standardized sales kits, digital collaterals, and performance dashboards.
• Coach teams on negotiation, client engagement, and deal closure techniques to improve conversion ratios.
• Foster a sales-driven culture focused on accountability, urgency, and measurable results.
4. Product & Market Strategy
• Analyse UAE real-estate trends, investor demand, and pricing patterns.
• Identify opportunities suitable for physical projects under Analah 21 and fractional ownership or crowdfunding under DFSA regulations for Analah DIFC.
• Partner with the Analah's platform team to align project onboarding and digital investment distribution.
• Work with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure product integrity and regulatory alignment.
5. Sales Performance & Revenue Management
• Own project-level P&L and overall sales performance.
• Define sales KPIs and closely monitor conversions, margins, and pipeline velocity.
• Implement corrective actions proactively to meet or exceed assigned sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain visibility on project progress through structured reporting and analytics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Analah 21 is seeking two experienced Real Estate Product Heads to be based in the UAE, responsible for leading project sourcing, developer partnerships, and sales performance across physical and fractional real-estate verticals. The role requires a strong sales closure mindset — ensuring that every onboarded project moves from identification and structuring to complete sales delivery through internal teams and an extensive partner network of 9,000+ brokers and affiliates. This is a senior leadership role ideal for professionals with deep real-estate brokerage experience and proven developer relationship management skills. A valid UAE driving license and age below 40 years are required for this position.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in the real-estate industry, including hands-on brokerage operations and developer tie-ups. • Proven success in identifying, launching, and closing sales for real-estate projects in the UAE market.
• Preferred understanding of fractional real estate, crowdfunding
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate large sales teams and partner networks.
• High commercial acumen and a hands-on sales closure mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Age below 40 years.
