Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring multiple Real Estate Brokers for leading real estate brokerages across Dubai. You will manage the full residential leasing cycle, from business generation to deal closure, while building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted community expert in your assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new landlord and tenant business through calls, networking, referrals, and company databases
Conduct property valuations and advise on pricing strategy
List and manage properties on CRM systems
Qualify leads and conduct property viewings
Negotiate tenancy agreements from enquiry through to signing
Coordinate with internal admin, compliance, and external partners
Maintain accurate records and consistent client follow-ups
Stay current with Dubai property regulations and market trends
Represent your brokerage with professionalism at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Confident, presentable, professional
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Strong work ethic with a competitive mindset
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
Valid driving license (UAE preferred)
