Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate estimates for electromechanical projects, ensuring all elements are covered.
  • Manage and monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
  • Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors, maximizing profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering degree – HVAC/Electrical
  • Have a minimum of· 3- 5 years of UAE experience with Estimation background
  • · Engineering degree – HVAC/Electrical
