Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage fit-out works for hypermarkets and restaurant projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil/mechanical, or electrical engineering, with proven experience in managing complex fit-out projects from initiation to completion with a supermarket/hypermarket chain in the UAE (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day fit-out project activities across multiple sites.
• Prepare 2D/3D fit-out drawings using AutoCAD.
• Liaise with consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of works.
• Handle site inspections, material approvals, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Generate reports and maintain proper project documentation using MS Office tools.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of UAE experience managing fit-out projects in hypermarkets.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of 2D fit-out drawings.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
