Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and phase-outs.
Assist in preparing go-to-market materials, pricing sheets, and product documentation.
Track product performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
Vendor Liaison & Support
Coordinate with vendors on inventory updates, promotional calendars, and compliance reporting.
Assist in organizing vendor meetings, product demos, and training sessions.
Maintain documentation for vendor programs and ensure timely submissions.
Channel Enablement & Partner Support
Facilitate onboarding and training for resellers, integrators, and channel partners.
Support execution of channel programs, incentive campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Assist in preparing materials for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings.
Sales & Operations Support
Collaborate with sales teams to provide product specs, datasheets, and solution bundles.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and assist in forecasting and stock planning.
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order processing and pricing validation.
Technical Familiarity & Market Awareness
Stay informed on AV/VC technologies including UC devices, display formats, and integration trends.
Monitor competitor offerings and assist in benchmarking exercises.
Provide basic technical support and documentation for internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in product coordination, channel support, or vendor operations.
- Exposure to AV/IT products or distribution environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and presentation software.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with MENA channel dynamics and vendor ecosystems.
- Experience supporting brands like Samsung, Logitech, or similar products.
- Multilingual fluency and strong interpersonal communication.
