To lead the development and optimization of customer propositions, oversee business planning, and drive performance insights to support the organization s strategic objectives. The role ensures alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial goals. It steers data-led planning, performance measurement, and proposition development through effective leadership of a cross-functional team.

• Proposition Development & Management
• Shape and refine customer value propositions in line with evolving market and customer needs
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure consistent delivery
• Business Planning
• Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational plans, and resource allocation
• Performance Insight & Reporting
• Define, monitor, and report on business KPIs
• Translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Team Leadership & Development
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and growth
• Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support skill development

Ensure cohesive cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposition development, strategy, planning, or performance management
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen
