Roles & Responsibilities

To work closely with Planning and Contracts engineering teams and proficiently customize BIM Models and project programme activities to the needs of 4D and 5D simulations

Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced techniques in related technical fields and industry technology innovations that can facilitate and/or improve quality and information of the 4D5D simulations and deliverables

Broad knowledge of international building standards, building technology and construction

Basic background in Cost analysis and project programming

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity Surveyor/ Planning/other relevant related field
  • Software proficiency: Navisworks, Synchro, Cost X, MS Project, Primavera, Adobe premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
