Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and refine legal agreements, corporate documents, and correspondence in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and sophistication in presentation.

  • Conduct legal research, due diligence, and licensing applications, delivering well-structured insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and leading law firms, managing filings, registrations, and high-level submissions with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Oversee the preparation, safekeeping, and circulation of original legal documents, maintaining organized and secure records at all times.

  • Monitor and process legal invoices and expenses with efficiency, liaising with elite external counsel and service providers.

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in managing sensitive family office matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proven paralegal experience (3–5 years), with prior exposure to family offices, UHNWIs, or top-tier corporate legal teams in the UAE.

  • Deep understanding of UAE laws, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.

  • Exceptional drafting, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a refined, high-expectation environment.

  • Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage highly confidential matters with discretion and poise.

  • Formal legal education or paralegal certification required.
