Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements and perform system testing.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.

  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to HCM modules.

  • Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customizations.

  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and release testing activities.

  • Assist with data uploads and conversions using HDL/Spreadsheet loaders.

  • Create and maintain documentation including configuration guides, training materials, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

  • Experience with tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and OTBI.

  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Payroll, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience with Fusion Security and Roles setup.

  • Exposure to integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).

  • Experience in working with global clients or in multi-country implementations.
