Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the development team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes for operations and development teams.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, using data to highlight key performance indicators.
- Support the operational workflow by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
- Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software like Asana or Jira.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
