Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Documentation & Contracting
- Review and approve OTPs (Offer to Purchase) submitted by clients, verifying completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.
- Issue SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements) in line with approved sales terms, internal protocols, and DLD requirements.
- Handle DocuSign workflows for OTPs, KYCs, SPAs, ensuring all e-signed documents are properly tracked, recorded, and stored.
- Support preparation and processing of units for Oqood registration, liaising with Finance, Legal, and Sales for smooth submissions.
- Manage the preparation, verification, and signing of agency agreements, ensuring timely coordination between brokers, internal teams, and management.
- Process custom payment plan requests, validate client eligibility, and coordinate approvals with management.
Client Verification & KYC
- Approve client KYC submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with AML/CFT and company policies.
- Conduct client call verifications to confirm contract details, resolve discrepancies, and reinforce client confidence in transactions.
- Manage new client registration requests, ensuring timely processing and documentation in CRM/ERP systems.
Collections & Financial Operations
- Execute daily collections follow-ups, coordinating with clients and Finance to ensure timely payments.
- Rectify and update Statements of Account (SOAs), resolving discrepancies with Finance and providing accurate reports to clients.
- Ensure all payment records are reconciled with CRM/ERP and banking records.
Agency & Logistics Support
- Coordinate with Agency Relations on agency agreement renewals, ensuring contracts are updated, approved, and executed on schedule.
- Liaise with courier/logistics partners (e.g., Aramex) to arrange timely pickups and deliveries of documents when required.

- Accuracy in handling financial and legal documentation.
- Strong compliance mindset and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Brokers).
- Customer-oriented approach with professional telephone and written communication skills.
- Process-driven, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, contracts administration, or sales support, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD, Oqood, escrow).
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and e-signature platforms (DocuSign or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to reconcile SOAs and payment records.
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
