Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office clients
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, providing seamless logistical support for executives and teams, maximizing productivity.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
Discuss with clients to geaerate healthy Business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or executive support role, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
