Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations including visitor handling, calls, and correspondence.
  • Oversee end-to-end facility and office administration activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery.
  • Supervise housekeeping and office maintenance to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Support event coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain records for inventory, asset management, and petty cash.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth administrative flow.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in office administration.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Dubai Location: Dubai.
Work Location: Dubai (First 2-3 Months training in Chennai)
