Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain MT4, MT5, cTrader, and related servers to ensure high availability and stability.

  • Administer financial instruments by setting up, configuring, and maintaining new and existing products.

  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Development teams on system integration, platform enhancements, and new product rollouts.

  • Monitor trading platforms, perform health checks, backups, and diagnostics.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical issues with vendors and internal stakeholders. Conduct audits and proactive health checks to identify risks and bottlenecks.

  • Manage and maintain Windows-based server environments, ensuring security and compliance. Develop and implement automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for monitoring and maintenance.

  • Support and optimize network infrastructure with a focus on low-latency execution. Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging tech, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within financial services or trading industry.

  • Trading Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 and cTrader administration.

  • Integration & Architecture: Knowledge of server administration, gateway architecture, migrations, and bridging tech (OneZero / YourBourse).

  • Certification: MetaTrader 5 Administrator Certification (MetaQuotes) is a strong asset.

  • System Administration: Windows server management in high-availability, low-latency environments. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash for automation.

  • Networking: Solid understanding of fundamentals, troubleshooting, and optimization.

  • Data Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, and big data environments.

  • Communication: Excellent English skills, with ability to collaborate across technical & non-technical teams.
