Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy tailored to MENA region audiences, ensuring consistent positioning across channels
Expand distribution through retail chains, convenience stores, gas stations, and e-commerce platforms, strengthening partnerships and visibility
Manage social media, exhibitions, offline activations, and events to build consumer engagement and brand awareness
Track sales KPIs, analyze market trends, and translate feedback into actionable growth strategies
Prepare and oversee annual business plans, budgets, and performance KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development within FMCG, beverages, or food sectors (FMCG experience is a must)
Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC retail & distribution channels
Proven success in brand building, go-to-market execution, and commercial growth across multiple channels
Strategic and data-driven mindset with strong leadership skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with experience in scaling brands from the ground up
